KTH University Lecture

Social and urban justice!
Planning cities for #children ? #women? #People?

It is a big pleasure to be part of the introduction course for Sustainable Urban Planning and Design Master students in Kungliga Tekniska högskolan

Associate professor at #KTH, Meike Schalk talked about planning cities from the female perspective.

Associate professor and lecturer in Ethnology at Södertörns högskola, Maria Vallström talked about: #Socialsustainability in peripheralized urban areas.

I talked about planning cities for children and how do we do that?

In the end of the day, I was part of a panel moderated by a very promising future #urbanplanner Claire Borchers .

During the same week, students explored Integrated Child Impact Assessment #IBKAA) method. They worked with Gamla Tyresövägen as a case study and learned about some principle that guide them to plan and design #Cities for #children .

Thank you so much Landskapslaget AB , Greger Henriksson and Pernilla Hagbert for the fantastic opportunity.
